Douugh Referral Scheme
From 15/02/203 for any new successful referrals to Douugh, you’ll both receive US$20 when the person you refer creates a Douugh account and successfully funds their US investing wallet. Your account (the referrer) must be funded in order to receive the US$20. A valid referral code must be entered during signup to be eligible.
Offer is available to all active Douugh customers and is valid from 15 February 2023 and may be revoked at any time at Douugh's discretion. This offer is limited to accounts created after 15 February 2023, as such anyone who has created a Douugh account prior to 15 February 2023 will have access to the US$10 referral offer.

Overview
The Douugh ‘Promotional Fee Period’ provides customers who sign up prior to 1st February 2023 access to the Douugh App with no Plan, Trade or Autopilot Trade fees. Other fees including Account creation, funding, FX and SEC fees will apply. See the Douugh Financial Services Guide for more details.
To participate, customers must agree to these ‘Free Period Promotional Pricing’ terms and conditions.
Eligibility Criteria
Promotional pricing period applies to customers who have successfully completed a Douugh account creation between the 1st November 2022 and 11:59pm on 31st January 2023 as per the applicable Rewards set out below.

Reward
Customers will be offered full access to the Douugh App and Services with no Monthly plan fee, trading fees or Autopilot trading fees during the period of this offer. At the end of the period Customers will automatically be subject to full pricing as disclosed in our FSG. Plan fees will automatically be deducted from the Connected Account, and Trade fees will apply and be included in the Trade instruction and displayed at the point of trade confirmation. Other fees including account creation, funding, FX and SEC fees will apply during this period.
Restrictions
Customers are not eligible to set up multiple accounts to claim more than one reward.

Severability
If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Termination and Changes
We may suspend or terminate the promotion or a user’s ability to participate in the promotion at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove cash credits if we notice any activity we believe is abusive, contrary to Douugh’s brand values, fraudulent, or in violation of the Douugh Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to review and investigate all activities and to suspend accounts or modify rewards in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming the reward pursuant to this promotion can change at any time.
We can update these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the Douugh website, which is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the promotion after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These ‘Introductory Free-Period Promotional Pricing’ Terms & Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
